Had to change from Direct to dish due to lack of sight line for satellite. Installation of tv and internet were good. tech showed me streaming on the tv at 23.6 of max 25mbps. Awesome I thought. literally 1.5 months later I am lucky to stream at 0.8 to a high of 2.7 of 25 mbps. The system is so slow. My internet is so bad my Verizon Jetpack is more than twice as fast on my (NEW) $2k laptop and home computer than Dish. In addition when recording a show, when the time the recording is set for, no matter what you are watching on any of (3 TV’s in my house) you have no choice but to have your current viewing change to the recorded channel and it is more than difficult to get other room tvs to get away from the change and back to what you were watching. Just spoke with Dish. They basically said yeah that is how it is. too bad for me….. Think about that folks. Never had such issue with cable or Direct tv. Dish is now sadly very, very, low on my recommendation list. I cant recommend them to a friend.
